Sea Sound was a great holiday apartment. Spotlessly clean, with lots of attention to detail, such as towels and so forth for the dog, as well as nice wee touches like a welcome basket of bread, jam, and the like for us. Having stayed at Sea Breeze last year, we expected a straightforward booking process, and we were not disappointed. Lots of excellent communication during and after the booking was made, with a very handy e-guide sent through prior to arrival. We'd thoroughly recommend this property, and the company in general. Will be booking again next year!

Sea Breeze is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and bright

Lovely flat with sizeable kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Ideal for a couple. Didn’t use the pull out bed settee, but imagine it would be okay for kids.

Stayed here with my dad and 3 year old son to visit some family in Cupar. Really lovely place, great amenities, amazing views, everything spotless and perfect base for some sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful holiday here, location was great, car park space, view of the sea and a very well equipped apartment. Host was extremely accommodating with a high chair and included a stair gate for our little one. Nice touches with a loaf of bread and great kitchen that had everything you would need. Very clean apartment and very quiet as well, will definitely be back for another family holiday!

Would happily stay there again

The place is perfect for a young couple like ourselves, nice and quiet while being not too far from town. We loved the setup of the apartment from the bathroom with a good size bath to the living room with the big TV. Best of all for us was location! Anstruther is such a great destination and this place made it even better!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a nice quiet housing estate and about 2/3 of a mile to the pubs and eateries of Anstruther.You can see the sea from the lounge window as there is a walkway between the houses and its's a quick way down to the sea front. The property is modern and fully equipped. If you like walking you can head up the coast path to Crail or in the other direction to Pittenweem.

What a fantastic flat At Anchor is , the views over the harbour are amazing to begin with so you wouldn’t be disappointed even if weather was bad because you could sit at the window and take in the views.The flat is to a very high standard of cleanliness, the decor is beautifully done,and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The house is very spacious.The spiral staircase could be a bit difficult if you are of a certain age to get up and down, but the flat is worth the effort. Daryl is an excellent host she is easily contacted if you have any questions .We will definitely be back.

We have stayed in Anstruther many times and this has been the best place we have stayed in. The flat is in a great central location near the restaurants and shops and harbour. The flat is spotless and well maintained and furnished in quality modern furniture. The newly fitted kitchen is perfect and has everything you would need and more . We will definitely use this flat again.

This is a lovelywell-equipped flat in a quiet housing estate. It was so convenient for walking the coastal path to Crail and in the other direction, to Pittenweem. The flat was very comfortable and having SKY tv was an added bonus!

Coastal Retreat was a gem of a place.Despite being close to the centre, on-street parking was not an issue.The property was well appointed with an interior designer’s touch.The beds were comfortable guaranteeing a good night’s sleep.Very impressed with the pre-arrival information which was uploaded onto an App.All in all, the entire booking went smoothly and efficiently.I highly recommend this property and the company managing it.

At Anchor is a lovely well kept spacious two bed apartment with fantastic views out over the harbour and the perfect base to plan you trips around The Kingdom.Downside would be anyone with mobility difficulties may find the access stair case a wee bit hard to negotiate.

East Nook is a beautifully appointed apartment and so conveniently located in Anstruther. There is street parking outside and the lovely coastal walks can be tackled direct from the apartment.Would not hesitate to recommend.

The lounge area is very comfortable and the host extremely helpful.

When I arrived on a very stormy cold day the flat was toasty warm and welcoming.Had everything i needed to be confortable and relaxed. Views are stunning and watching the colour of the sea change with the sky is a simple pleasure not to be missed. Would highly recommend,its peaceful and quiet but right in the heart of all amenities.

We had a lovely visit to Anstruther and this cosy, well equipped, spacious apartment was perfect for us. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room using the sofa bed.Thank you!

Coastal Retreat is very comfortable and is in a great location. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and are quick to respond to messages. The furnishings and kitchen equipment at Coastal Retreat are all of a high quality.

excellent accommodation

The Accommodation was excellent, very clean, quiet and in an ideal location just off the harbour. We are a family of four with two teenagers, and there was plenty of space and although no allocated parking, we had no problem parking outside the property on the roadside. The communication from Daryl, was excellent throughout and if you are wanting to stay in Anstruther, we would certainly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Seabreeze. Great location for a wander on to Anstruther Main Street for beach, chip shops, ice cream. Parking was never a problem, always found a spot outside or a little further along the street. Enjoyed the little touches our host left including biscuits, milk, Netflix and board games. The flat was immaculate. Bath towels were a great sizes and beds very comfy. Super handy having hairdryer, washing machine, iron and clothes airier. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

Lovely appartment & convenient for our work.

Sea Breeze is in the heart of old Anstruther. It is a beautifully appointed ground floor apartment, directly opposite a Michelin star restaurant and within easy walking distance of the harbour and waterfront. We had no difficulty parking directly outside. Only complaint is that the radio in the kitchen doesn’t get a signal.

Gorgeous place , perfect location- 1st time in this property though have stayed twice in sea view. Both equally fabulous will be returning as soon as possible.

This apartment is wonderful, super clean, check in and out process super easy. The communications from Daryl were very good and on-line guide was fantastic, we used that for local restaurants and they didn't disappoint. The area is easy to find, parking good and the harbor beautiful. Took a day trip over to St Andrews which was less than 30 mins away, will come back for sure for longer this time.

Really great central location, within walking distance of all amenities and famous fish and chip shops. Excellent off street parking. Great views over the rooftops towards the sea. Lovely welcome basket for both us and the dog. Kitchen well stocked...everything we needed. The dog loved it and the view out of the window!

Decoration made with care and well thought, like a home. Lots of resources to live comfortably, we did not use even a major part of them.

The little extras like the toast and jam, or the milk in the fridge were welcomed. My son enjoyed using the binoculars. The tv packages were a welcome addition for my first night.The instructions on parking and getting into the property were detailed and easy to use.

Second time staying at a Guide Us Breaks property.1st time was Sea Sound and this time round we tried See Breeze, both are fantastic properties.Well looked after by the owner and presented beautifully.The bread, milk and jams are a nice touch for arrival.The property is spotless and kitchen facilities are great.Would highly recommend booking a break to one the these properties.Close to the surrounding areas and the famous Anstruther fish and chip bar, handy for costal walks and drives to Crail, St Andrews etc.

? Disliked · The bed and pillows were very soft. A mix/choice of softer & firm pillows (2 of each say) would be useful. The mattress could perhaps do with being upgraded.A second small side table & lamp at the other end of the couch for reading would also be good.Lighting in the bathroom was inadequate for shaving - R shaved in the kitchen for the better light.I don't want this to be taken as negative in any way and this is purely personal choice and observation. It is often only when you spend a few days in a home you reconsider the practicalities.? Liked · Immaculate, warm and homely. Lovely that there is a store of salt , pepper , tea , coffee etc.. The bread and milk sachets were very welcome.The colour scheme & décor is just lovely. We really thought it was so pretty.We pulled the double bed away from the wall to allow us to move around which wasn't a problem for us.(Perhaps a very small table & lamp would also be of use for those that want to read during the night if required.)The Cellar restaurant is literally across the road and well worth a visit.

Cellardyke a short walk away too and well worth a visit for its coastal walks, so all in all a fab time had by myself and my husband and we look forward to returning again soon!

Fantastic short stay at MayIsle view.Nice flat with awesome view of the May Isle. Doggy Basket with treats were a tremendous boon. VeryClose to a beach which Ruff & Rover absolutely loved and close to the coastal path. A great wee pub called the Dreel close by. Defo will stay again.

We have just returned from a 4 day break at this lovely flat. It is in a super fishing village in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife with fantastic coastal walks and plenty of places to visit. The flat was wonderful, cosy, well equipped with good quality furnishings, bedding etc. Everything was immaculately clean with excellent communication from the owner re the covid 19 situation.We felt at home there and will certainly return again.

Outstanding once again. This is our second time visiting and just as good. Immaculate through and through. We love it’s a stones throw away from the Main Street.

We had a ball. Our 2 young children loved the location and were very comfortable. There was plenty space for them as well. We loved the decor and everything was spotless and very comfortable.A great base to explore the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our short break stay at Doon The Toon, St Monans, celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. The apartment was very well appointed, warm and cosy come the late afternoon and spotlessly clean. Parking was either in the street or in a small car park opposite. We got to spend time exploring St Monans and Pittenweem, walking along by the harbours and shore fronts. We would be happy to return to Doon The Toon and have no hesitation in recommending it for a staycation in the East Neuk. I would also have to say that booking directly saved a considerable amount rather than going with Booking.com and communication with Daryl was both pleasant and helpful Everything that we could have wished for. Had a lovely couple of nights in this flat. It’s immaculate and very well appointed. The owner had left bread, milk and biscuits which was really appreciated. Don’t be put off by the close which is a bit of an eyesore, it’s no reflection on the flat itself. The owner is really helpful and responds very quickly when you make contact. Really recommend.

Having previously stayed at one of Daryl's other properties in Anstruther we knew what to expect, spotlessly clean, quirky decor, warm on arrival & throughout our stay (it can be very chilly!) Bread , milk ,jam & a wee biscuit until you get your bits from the Co-op. Its a little walk round to Anstruther, near the Dreel Inn ,but not far & as its top floor the views are just lovely.Dog friendly & a wee welcome pack for them also!Will book with Daryl again whenever I return. Stayed in 2 of Daryl’s properties and we cannot fault anything. The cleanliness and quality of the furniture and appliances are excellent and the little touches like milk, bread and jams made our stay special. Ideally situated for stunning walks and scenery and 2 days just wasn’t long enough and can’t wait to return!

We have enjoyed a stay with Guide Us Breaks previously so knew that the standard was very high. Nothing is any trouble to Daryl the host. If you did have a problem it would be fixed immediately. There aren't usually any! We were very comfortable and would return again. The flat is really conveniently placed for walking and shopping and travelling around the area.

We were delighted with the cleanliness, location and amenities at Sea Breeze. The property is immaculate, cosy and beautifully decorated, and a lot of thought has gone into making sure everything you might need was included. Situated just one street back from the seafront, it was easy to get to the harbour, cafes and all the attractions that Anstruther has to offer. Daryl was super helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. We highly recommend this property!

We appriciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the little special extras biscuits milk etc also we just love the area and its so near the harbour and places to eat, the Dog's loved it too. We hope to return soon.

What a lovely stay! Charming but spacious apartment suited all our needs. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh milk and bread in the kitchen, local guidebooks with trails and points of interest, and extra blankets.Our hosts were readily available and went out of their way to answer our questions. One of the loveliest towns we've visited so far!

Total crefit to the owners and Scottish Tourism. Spotlessly clean with quality furnishings etc. Well equiped kitchen. Excellent welcome pack. Small rear yard totally enclosed and very safe for pets or small children.

Wonderful stay at the flat my wife and me were so comfortable and cosy, very well presented modern clean kitchen good sized double bedroom and fairly large sized bathroom (shower was O.K.)over the bath. Positioned 100yds from the harbour and with access to the Coastal Path. On the whole an excellent 4 day stay quiet and peaceful thank you!

The two nights we had available were too few! From the moment we walked in, when my son said he'd love a house like this (!), to when we had to leave, we found it homely, comfortable, well decorated and furnished and very clean. Ah, and very quiet. A few minor things need addressing, but we had owner contact details and they weren't important enough to phone. A couple of small shops and two restaurants (but no pub any more) in the village are supplemented by more of all in the other pretty towns close to the east. Excellent for access to Anstruther and the boats to the Isle of May, for those wanting a very special wildlife experience in spring and summer.

One of the best places we have stayed at!We have stayed all over England & Wales.Ok, so it is not b&b, but what a fab place. Everything we needed was there,fridge ,cooker, toaster,even a welcome pack!Nothing was too much trouble for the owners.10/10 definitely recommend this place, and would go back again!!

Second times we've been to St Monans and stayed at the flat. Daryll is a great host and always happy to help out.Flat is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable and always feels like a home from home. The street is very quiet and on a clear night the stars are beautiful. Diving Gannet little cafe at the bottom of the street is worth a visit. Looking forward to going back again soon.

We had a great break in this beautiful apartment in st Monans. The apartment had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. St Monans is a beautiful sleepy fishing village and is a great base from which to explore the area. I am sure we will be back!

We spent five days over Christmas at this well appointed apartment, warm, and it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped there was a welcome basket of bread etc. We would certainly recommend it. There are several steps up to the door that might be difficult to some people, otherwise great.

Spent a couple of nights at this great apartment It's very well equipped with everything you could need and tastefully furnished so it feels very comfortable indeed.The Christmas tree was a lovely little extra touch. It's one minute from the water so in a great position and very handy for visiting the brilliant Craig Millar restaurant. It was very peaceful at night and the comfy bed meant we got a great nights sleep. St Monans is a great wee place with lovely coastal walks.

My wife and I stayed here the 16th to the 19th of september 2018 and had a wonderful break, the position of the flat is about 50 metres from the picture postcard harbour which you can see from the window. The flat itself was immaculate, with everything that you need on hand for a very comfortable stay. St Monans is a beautiful fishing village, perfect for a relaxing break but close to the other villages on the East Neuk to walk to, a special part of the country, we will be back!

I recently stayed at the wonderful Seasound in Cellardyke and I can not recommend it highly enough.The apartment is spotless and has everything you would need.Super comfy beds, spacious bedrooms and champagne glasses!! Perfect.Our host Daryl could also not have been more helpful, getting back to me so quickly with questions I had, very flexible with our ever changing arrival time and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.I felt so looked after and so relaxed!I can't thank her enough!10/10, would absolutely stay again!

Excellent property with everything you need and a super welcome pack. Some lovely touches like nice throws on the couch so you could get cosy watching TV in the evening, also a nice size of TV. Great shower and comfortable beds.

Beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Excellent position to harbour, restaurants and coastal walks. We were very happy we were not able to book in to Pittenweem and had to look for alternative accommodation- this was a gem.

Sea Sound was a great holiday apartment. Spotlessly clean, with lots of attention to detail, such as towels and so forth for the dog, as well as nice wee touches like a welcome basket of bread, jam, and the like for us. Having stayed at Sea Breeze last year, we expected a straightforward booking process, and we were not disappointed. Lots of excellent communication during and after the booking was made, with a very handy e-guide sent through prior to arrival. We'd thoroughly recommend this property, and the company in general. Will be booking again next year!

Lovely flat with sizeable kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Ideal for a couple. Didn’t use the pull out bed settee, but imagine it would be okay for kids.

The place is perfect for a young couple like ourselves, nice and quiet while being not too far from town. We loved the setup of the apartment from the bathroom with a good size bath to the living room with the big TV. Best of all for us was location! Anstruther is such a great destination and this place made it even better!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a nice quiet housing estate and about 2/3 of a mile to the pubs and eateries of Anstruther.You can see the sea from the lounge window as there is a walkway between the houses and its's a quick way down to the sea front. The property is modern and fully equipped. If you like walking you can head up the coast path to Crail or in the other direction to Pittenweem.

What a fantastic flat At Anchor is , the views over the harbour are amazing to begin with so you wouldn’t be disappointed even if weather was bad because you could sit at the window and take in the views.The flat is to a very high standard of cleanliness, the decor is beautifully done,and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The house is very spacious.The spiral staircase could be a bit difficult if you are of a certain age to get up and down, but the flat is worth the effort. Daryl is an excellent host she is easily contacted if you have any questions .We will definitely be back.

We have stayed in Anstruther many times and this has been the best place we have stayed in. The flat is in a great central location near the restaurants and shops and harbour. The flat is spotless and well maintained and furnished in quality modern furniture. The newly fitted kitchen is perfect and has everything you would need and more . We will definitely use this flat again.

This is a lovelywell-equipped flat in a quiet housing estate. It was so convenient for walking the coastal path to Crail and in the other direction, to Pittenweem. The flat was very comfortable and having SKY tv was an added bonus!

Coastal Retreat was a gem of a place.Despite being close to the centre, on-street parking was not an issue.The property was well appointed with an interior designer’s touch.The beds were comfortable guaranteeing a good night’s sleep.Very impressed with the pre-arrival information which was uploaded onto an App.All in all, the entire booking went smoothly and efficiently.I highly recommend this property and the company managing it.

At Anchor is a lovely well kept spacious two bed apartment with fantastic views out over the harbour and the perfect base to plan you trips around The Kingdom.Downside would be anyone with mobility difficulties may find the access stair case a wee bit hard to negotiate.

East Nook is a beautifully appointed apartment and so conveniently located in Anstruther. There is street parking outside and the lovely coastal walks can be tackled direct from the apartment.Would not hesitate to recommend.

When I arrived on a very stormy cold day the flat was toasty warm and welcoming.Had everything i needed to be confortable and relaxed. Views are stunning and watching the colour of the sea change with the sky is a simple pleasure not to be missed. Would highly recommend,its peaceful and quiet but right in the heart of all amenities.

The Accommodation was excellent, very clean, quiet and in an ideal location just off the harbour. We are a family of four with two teenagers, and there was plenty of space and although no allocated parking, we had no problem parking outside the property on the roadside. The communication from Daryl, was excellent throughout and if you are wanting to stay in Anstruther, we would certainly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Seabreeze. Great location for a wander on to Anstruther Main Street for beach, chip shops, ice cream. Parking was never a problem, always found a spot outside or a little further along the street. Enjoyed the little touches our host left including biscuits, milk, Netflix and board games. The flat was immaculate. Bath towels were a great sizes and beds very comfy. Super handy having hairdryer, washing machine, iron and clothes airier. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

Lovely appartment & convenient for our work.

Sea Breeze is in the heart of old Anstruther. It is a beautifully appointed ground floor apartment, directly opposite a Michelin star restaurant and within easy walking distance of the harbour and waterfront. We had no difficulty parking directly outside. Only complaint is that the radio in the kitchen doesn’t get a signal.

Gorgeous place , perfect location- 1st time in this property though have stayed twice in sea view. Both equally fabulous will be returning as soon as possible.

This apartment is wonderful, super clean, check in and out process super easy. The communications from Daryl were very good and on-line guide was fantastic, we used that for local restaurants and they didn't disappoint. The area is easy to find, parking good and the harbor beautiful. Took a day trip over to St Andrews which was less than 30 mins away, will come back for sure for longer this time.

? Disliked · The bed and pillows were very soft. A mix/choice of softer & firm pillows (2 of each say) would be useful. The mattress could perhaps do with being upgraded.A second small side table & lamp at the other end of the couch for reading would also be good.Lighting in the bathroom was inadequate for shaving - R shaved in the kitchen for the better light.I don't want this to be taken as negative in any way and this is purely personal choice and observation. It is often only when you spend a few days in a home you reconsider the practicalities.? Liked · Immaculate, warm and homely. Lovely that there is a store of salt , pepper , tea , coffee etc.. The bread and milk sachets were very welcome.The colour scheme & décor is just lovely. We really thought it was so pretty.We pulled the double bed away from the wall to allow us to move around which wasn't a problem for us.(Perhaps a very small table & lamp would also be of use for those that want to read during the night if required.)The Cellar restaurant is literally across the road and well worth a visit.

Fantastic short stay at MayIsle view.Nice flat with awesome view of the May Isle. Doggy Basket with treats were a tremendous boon. VeryClose to a beach which Ruff & Rover absolutely loved and close to the coastal path. A great wee pub called the Dreel close by. Defo will stay again.

We have just returned from a 4 day break at this lovely flat. It is in a super fishing village in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife with fantastic coastal walks and plenty of places to visit. The flat was wonderful, cosy, well equipped with good quality furnishings, bedding etc. Everything was immaculately clean with excellent communication from the owner re the covid 19 situation.We felt at home there and will certainly return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break stay at Doon The Toon, St Monans, celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. The apartment was very well appointed, warm and cosy come the late afternoon and spotlessly clean. Parking was either in the street or in a small car park opposite. We got to spend time exploring St Monans and Pittenweem, walking along by the harbours and shore fronts. We would be happy to return to Doon The Toon and have no hesitation in recommending it for a staycation in the East Neuk. I would also have to say that booking directly saved a considerable amount rather than going with Booking.com and communication with Daryl was both pleasant and helpful Everything that we could have wished for. Had a lovely couple of nights in this flat. It’s immaculate and very well appointed. The owner had left bread, milk and biscuits which was really appreciated. Don’t be put off by the close which is a bit of an eyesore, it’s no reflection on the flat itself. The owner is really helpful and responds very quickly when you make contact. Really recommend.

Having previously stayed at one of Daryl's other properties in Anstruther we knew what to expect, spotlessly clean, quirky decor, warm on arrival & throughout our stay (it can be very chilly!) Bread , milk ,jam & a wee biscuit until you get your bits from the Co-op. Its a little walk round to Anstruther, near the Dreel Inn ,but not far & as its top floor the views are just lovely.Dog friendly & a wee welcome pack for them also!Will book with Daryl again whenever I return. We have enjoyed a stay with Guide Us Breaks previously so knew that the standard was very high. Nothing is any trouble to Daryl the host. If you did have a problem it would be fixed immediately. There aren't usually any! We were very comfortable and would return again. The flat is really conveniently placed for walking and shopping and travelling around the area.

We were delighted with the cleanliness, location and amenities at Sea Breeze. The property is immaculate, cosy and beautifully decorated, and a lot of thought has gone into making sure everything you might need was included. Situated just one street back from the seafront, it was easy to get to the harbour, cafes and all the attractions that Anstruther has to offer. Daryl was super helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. We highly recommend this property!

We appriciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the little special extras biscuits milk etc also we just love the area and its so near the harbour and places to eat, the Dog's loved it too. We hope to return soon.

Once again we had a fabulous few day's break at the sea sound residence and look forward to returning soon

A lovely wee place in a good location. Kitchen was fitted with everything we needed.Comfy beds, nice decor and even the dog was catered for.

As always we had a wonderful few days at the sea sound residence, the accommodation was superb and the location excellent. We hope to return soon.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will come back again. The apartment has all the comforts, is very well furnished spotlessly clean, welcoming and warm. The village and the surrounding coastal area is very picturesque and there is plenty to see.

The most fantastic apartment, everything you could need, and family and dog friendly. Convenient for all local amenities, and if you like Chinese a fantastic restaurant/take away just along the road.I will definitely be booking again in the spring - if available !!KC, Stratford upon Avon

What a lovely stay! Charming but spacious apartment suited all our needs. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh milk and bread in the kitchen, local guidebooks with trails and points of interest, and extra blankets.Our hosts were readily available and went out of their way to answer our questions. One of the loveliest towns we've visited so far!

Total crefit to the owners and Scottish Tourism. Spotlessly clean with quality furnishings etc. Well equiped kitchen. Excellent welcome pack. Small rear yard totally enclosed and very safe for pets or small children.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, we had a lovely break away. The beds were good so we slept well and being so close to the harbour and all the shops etc., makes it a perfect place to stay.We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it!

Our engineers stayed when working in the area, they requested to stay again when they were back up in the area. Lovely accommodation, great communication from host and in a great spot.

Wonderful stay at the flat my wife and me were so comfortable and cosy, very well presented modern clean kitchen good sized double bedroom and fairly large sized bathroom (shower was O.K.)over the bath. Positioned 100yds from the harbour and with access to the Coastal Path. On the whole an excellent 4 day stay quiet and peaceful thank you!

We are two couples having a short break in Cellardyke.The apartment is beautifully appointed and clean with delightful décor.We thoroughly enjoyed our little holiday and highly recommend the apartment.Our host was extremely pleasant, and left very helpful information.

We arrived early and Daryl met us at the door with a huge welcome for our wee Labradoodle! This apartment is lovely, just as described. The beds are so comfy, lovely bedding and towels, we will definitely book again. Our first Airbnb experience- excellent

We had a lovely stay at Sea breeze. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We also appreciated that you met us on arrival and went above and beyond by providing the bread and milk. Thank you!

The two nights we had available were too few! From the moment we walked in, when my son said he'd love a house like this (!), to when we had to leave, we found it homely, comfortable, well decorated and furnished and very clean. Ah, and very quiet. A few minor things need addressing, but we had owner contact details and they weren't important enough to phone. A couple of small shops and two restaurants (but no pub any more) in the village are supplemented by more of all in the other pretty towns close to the east. Excellent for access to Anstruther and the boats to the Isle of May, for those wanting a very special wildlife experience in spring and summer.

One of the best places we have stayed at!We have stayed all over England & Wales.Ok, so it is not b&b, but what a fab place. Everything we needed was there,fridge ,cooker, toaster,even a welcome pack!Nothing was too much trouble for the owners.10/10 definitely recommend this place, and would go back again!!

Second times we've been to St Monans and stayed at the flat. Daryll is a great host and always happy to help out.Flat is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable and always feels like a home from home. The street is very quiet and on a clear night the stars are beautiful. Diving Gannet little cafe at the bottom of the street is worth a visit. Looking forward to going back again soon.

We had a great break in this beautiful apartment in st Monans. The apartment had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. St Monans is a beautiful sleepy fishing village and is a great base from which to explore the area. I am sure we will be back!

Lovely apartment, finished to very high standard. Good location in quiet street. Darling, the owner, couldn't have been more welcoming. Anstruther is very nice even though the weather wasn't great. Would definitely recommend Sea Breeze to anyone.

We spent five days over Christmas at this well appointed apartment, warm, and it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped there was a welcome basket of bread etc. We would certainly recommend it. There are several steps up to the door that might be difficult to some people, otherwise great.

Spent a couple of nights at this great apartment It's very well equipped with everything you could need and tastefully furnished so it feels very comfortable indeed.The Christmas tree was a lovely little extra touch. It's one minute from the water so in a great position and very handy for visiting the brilliant Craig Millar restaurant. It was very peaceful at night and the comfy bed meant we got a great nights sleep. St Monans is a great wee place with lovely coastal walks.

My wife and I stayed here the 16th to the 19th of september 2018 and had a wonderful break, the position of the flat is about 50 metres from the picture postcard harbour which you can see from the window. The flat itself was immaculate, with everything that you need on hand for a very comfortable stay. St Monans is a beautiful fishing village, perfect for a relaxing break but close to the other villages on the East Neuk to walk to, a special part of the country, we will be back!

Pristine flat in perfect location. Very well kitted out.Fattastic to have essentials like washing up liquid provided. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was ideal.Would definitely recommend .

I recently stayed at the wonderful Seasound in Cellardyke and I can not recommend it highly enough.The apartment is spotless and has everything you would need.Super comfy beds, spacious bedrooms and champagne glasses!! Perfect.Our host Daryl could also not have been more helpful, getting back to me so quickly with questions I had, very flexible with our ever changing arrival time and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.I felt so looked after and so relaxed!I can't thank her enough!10/10, would absolutely stay again!

Excellent property with everything you need and a super welcome pack. Some lovely touches like nice throws on the couch so you could get cosy watching TV in the evening, also a nice size of TV. Great shower and comfortable beds.

Beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Excellent position to harbour, restaurants and coastal walks. We were very happy we were not able to book in to Pittenweem and had to look for alternative accommodation- this was a gem.

Clean, comfortable and good location as I was working in Anstruther. Large bathroom to lie back and soak in with a glass of very nice wine at the end of a long day.

Had a fantastic two night stay in St Monans.Flat perfect, clean, comfy and nicely decorated.Will defo be back again.
