Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the 14 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

Smoking

This is a strictly no smoking property. Where there is evidence this term has been breached, an automatic £50 surcharge will be applied to your account after checkout and deducted from your original payment method.

Noise / Parties

This accommodation is within a residential setting and no parties, stags, hens etc will be tolerated. Any breach of this term will result in immediate termination of the accommodation agreement with no refund and a £50 surcharge applied, deducted from your original payment method.

Damage

Where there has been damage to the property throughout your stay, you wil be liable for the cost of replacement items/repairs. Damage payments will be deducted from your original payment method.

Dog Policy

Your dog is most welcome, however, we do ask you to refrain from allowing your dog on the beds and sofas. Should this be an issue please ensure you bring your own coverings to protect the furnishings. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog, including all communal areas. e.g staircase and outside property. Failure to comply can result in additional cleaning charges being deducted from your original payment method.
